📸✨ Almost a year ago, we invited the marvellous and highly interesting photographer @davidebertuccio to take portraits of us and to follow us during a rehearsal and concert day. The results were funny, touching, sometimes scary, sometimes melancholic, dynamic, dramatic, passionate or comedic. In the next 10 days, we would like to share some pictures of this little documentary about us, accompanied with our thoughts and associations. 💭 Sara: The moment in a quartet rehearsal when you think: “I need a holiday now”.

I love this picture of Sara 😄 The stretch makes me want to stretch myself whenever I look at it.
It was taken at the general rehearsal for a concert in Vienna where we played an early quartet by Mozart, Hartzell’s string quartet and Berg’s Lyric Suite. Demanding pieces, hence long and intense rehearsals. In these cases some movement in the middle of the rehearsal does wonders to the body and mind.
So - go and stretch! 😉
